Minced lean chuck steak with herbs & spices is sauteed then stewed to perfection.  

Cooking Instructions

From frozen, remove patty from package and place on a cookie sheet before putting in the oven.  Reheat until filling is hot and internal temperature is 165°F. Do not refreeze.

If defrosted, reheat for less time.

Oven: Preheat oven at 380°F. Reheat for approximately 20 minutes.

Air Fryer. Preheat airfryer at 375.  Reheat for 13-15 minutes 

Quick Method from frozen. Reheat in microwave for 45 seconds then in oven or airfryer for 5-7 minutes. 


Pastry: wheat flour, water, vegetable shortening, annatto colour, salt. Filling: minced chuck beef, textured vegetable protein, onion, scallions, arrowroot flour, scotch bonnet pepper, spice, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans).
